*Shipping Rates & Delivery:
Ground Shipping is calculated based upon the total dollar value of your order, which is charged at check out. Click HERE to view shipping fees. Each product is printed & shipped from one of our 30+ specialty printers around the US and each facility uses their own shipping method/carrier, including UPS, Fedex and/or USPS.
Please note: We do not require a signature for delivery; however, your local driver may require a signature. If the driver requires a signature & you/receipient is not home to sign for the package we can not be held responsible. If a delivery is not possible to your location due to an incomplete address and/or unsuccessful delivery attempts and the package is returned to us, we will need to recharge for the delivery to resend it again.
If you have not received your order after the production time plus shipping time, please contact us asap for the tracking #. If your order/tracking # shows that the order was delivered and you have not received it, please contact us asap so that we can notify the carrier.
Stationery Print Shop will not be responsible for delays caused by events or incidents beyond our or our carriers' control, which may include, but are not limited to: adverse weather conditions, unavailability or refusal to accept packages, natural disasters, civil unrest, labor disputes, and disruptions in transportation networks.
Charges for delivery to Canada, Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico will be quoted by email or phone once order is placed.

Please note shipping fees do NOT include any custom/duty fees at time of delivery/pickup that you need to pay as well, if Stationery Print Shop was charged for any duty fees, your credit card will be charged for it as well.
*Guarantee & Return Policy
Our specialty printers select only the highest quality gifts, which are then customized just for you! We inspect every item for quality and accuracy before it ships to you/receipient. We guarantee our personalized products to be free of manufacturing errors or product defects. If, despite our best efforts and intentions StationeryPrintShop made an error on your personalized item, we will happily correct the order as requested on your original copy, FOB-Free of Charge. Changes to orders on redos are not possible. We do not offer refunds, exchanges or cancellations, but we will gladly correct the order if it is our mistake.
Errors in personalized items must be reported to our Customer Service Department within seven (7) days of receiving your order.
Any damage/product defects must be reported within seven (7) days of delivery. Please keep the original packaging to show proof of damage to the carrier.
We understand that everyone makes mistakes, if the mistake was yours, we ask that you notify us immediately and we will work with you to have the item reprinted at a discount. If you made an error on your order & would like to correct it OR you do not like the item you purchased and would like to order a different product; we do offer a Customer Courtesy Discount of 30% off (can not be combined with Free Shipping promotion), all we ask is that you inform us of the error within 7 days of receiving your order. Thus, please check your order carefully before submitting it to us or purchase a proof (when available) to see exactly what the item will look like before it prints. We also ask that you check your order confirmation that is e-mailed to you immediately after placing your order. If there are any mistakes on your order confirmation, please contact us immediately, We will make every effort to try to correct your error before it is printed, unfortunately we cannot guarantee this .
We try to expedite redos as much as possible however, do to the many variables in printing and delivery - we can not guarantee exact delivery dates on your order or redos. If your order is for a gift or and there is not sufficient time for a reprint, we can mail or email a gift notice to the recipient to let them know your gift is on its way.
Personalized items & Blank stock items are not returnable.
*Changes / Cancellations:
Your printed order begins processing automatically in our system as soon as it is submitted. If possible, We will make every effort to make changes and/or cancel your order before it is printed, unfortunately we cannot guarantee this. There is not fee to make changes or cancellations, as long as the orders has not started in any order/printing process. Please send an email to: Orders@StationeryPrintShop.com; we do need any changes/cancellations in writing. If your order has already been printed or personalized, changes or cancellations will not be made. You will be charged for the original order .
All orders placed online are the customer's responsibility, please do not enter an order twice under any circumstances. If you are not sure if an order was submitted, please contact us. You can reach us by email at Orders@StationeryPrintShop.com . It may take a few hours for us to be able to confirm if a job is in our system. Make sure to provide us with accurate information when we search for your order. We are not responsible for duplicate orders if the customer provides incomplete or inaccurate information when we search, per their request, to see if an order is already in our system. If a customer does submit an order twice, for any reason, we cannot guarantee that we can stop the second order due to our fast order processing. Please also make sure to check your "spam" folder as well. If you enter an order by mistake please call our offices immediately and we will try to cancel it for you. If the job is already in production, it is your/customer's responsibility to pay for the order. Once an order is entered into the system, that will complete your order and it will be sent to our offices for production & order processing immediately.
We work with 30+ different specialty printers around the country and each facility uses their own standard ink colors. Please remember that everyone's monitor is a bit different and although we try our best to display the true product and ink colors in our images, use the sample shown online only as an estimate of the design and ink color/s.
Please allow us the required production time needed to produce your order with the highest quality standards. We estimate production time in business/working days, Monday through Friday. Weekends are not calculated in production estimates, although you may receive emails from us during the weekend as customer service does work during weekend and after hours. We suggest to order early to avoid holiday and other seasonal delays. Production time, which is an estimate - not a guarantee, for each product on our site is listed in the product description. Our weekday cut-off time is . All orders placed by the cut-off time will have that business day counted as the first day of production.
Proofs may add an extra day or two on the production time. Please make sure to calculate these extra days, as well as check your "spam" folder and make sure your email address on the account is correct. If you do not receive a proof after 2 days upon placing your order, please call or email us immediately as we may have tried to contact you several times to confirm the proof.
On most products, we do offer RUSH for an additiona fee. You can either RUSH and/or Expedite your order, fees and requests can be submitted at the Checkout Questions, right before you place your order.
*Payment, Billing & Sales Tax:
We accept Master Card, Visa, American Express, Discover or money orders. Sorry, at this time personal checks not accepted. Your order will be charged at the time an order is placed. Due to the personalized nature of the products we produce, all charges are done before an order is sent to the factory for personalization. Prices Subject to Change without Notice. All Sales are final. All prices and payments are in U.S dollars. Illinois deliveries will pay an 8% sales tax. Orders shipping outside of Illinois are tax-free.

We do not release our customer’s personal information to third parties. You can feel secure while shopping on our site as we offer our customers a user-friendly and safe online shopping environment, featuring unique products at exceptional values. When you purchase from Stationery Print Shop, we only collect the necessary information needed to process your order. We never share this information with any third party. We use your e-mail address to communicate with you regarding an inquiry or order. When you access our site using a secure browser such as Netscape or Internet Explorer, the personal data you send us is encrypted for your protection during the transmission process and can only be decoded by Stationery Print Shop. Once you make a purchase from our online store, your name also becomes part of our customer file. As a valued customer you may opt to get e-mail discounts and reminders from us by joining our e-mailing list. We never make your information available to any outside party. If you do not wish to receive emails in the future, you will always have the option to unsubscribe. Rest assured you are on a fully secured site. Stationery Print Shop is not a storefront and we do not offer walk-in customer support at this time.
Most of our items come with an excellent gift packaging presentation. Items that are gift wrapped are stated under each product description.
Our web site is our full catalog. It contains all of the items that we sell with new items added daily. At this time, we do not have a traditional paper catalog available for distribution. We offer a discount of 15% off the retail price of an item if you order 10 or more of the same item, even if you have different imprints/names! Please place your order online, then contact us via email or phone with your order number, please make sure to do so as soon as you place your order online. For large quantity orders, we can also discount shipping fees as well.

Blind Embossing (or more commonly called embossing) is a process that applies pressure to both sides of a material to alter the surface, giving it a three-dimensional or raised effect. The procedure involves the use of two dies; one fitting into the other so that the raised die forces the stock into the recessed die to create the embossed impression. There is no ink, toner or outlining in the blind embossing process. The result is a subtle, yet elegant image for your personalized stationery.
